Once you hit it - you won't want to part with it!!

To give you an idea, Ping, Callaway, Taylor Made can sell around 4 to 5 times as many woods as Mizuno (different picture with irons).

I think that is also a 'problem' when it comes to getting sold as 'the iron'. What I notice is retailers raving about drivers, specially Taylor Made, and 'selling' you the brand just based on availability and shear retail volume. Then when it comes to picking irons, again they try to sell you the ones they can market the prettiest.

But it's the winter season, who cares about delay, they will be on time for when the good weather hits! So unless you want it under the Christmas tree, start preparing your friends for the awesomeness that'll be in your bag next season.

Are you still waiting on your 3 wood?

Was speaking to my Pro yesterday and he was saying that he hasn't had any more MX700 fairway woods in stock since mine arrived before Christmas!!

yes i am still waiting and although the weather has not been too kind lately and therefore missed a lot of golf, it still is poor service from mizuno.

I too am waiting for the 3 & 5 MX700 which I ordered the first week in January, I've been told not to expect them until March as they have run out of heads so don't pin your hopes on it coming any time soon...

Not much comfort to you guys, I'm sure, but all I can say is that the wait will be worth it. It took a few swings to get used to my 3 wood, but it's now my favourite club in the bag, no question! It's virtually impossible to hit a bad shot with it!

Just been in touch with supplier for an update on my custom fit 3 wood order placed 1st week in november 2009 who rang Mizuno and now they tell us that should be early April wonder what they will tell me then.

i am thinking of ordering the clubs that come out in 2015 now and may get them before 2020 unbelelievable service that is really stretching a die hard mizuno fans patience.
I have never heard of anything like this before, mizuno are certainly the brunt of the jokes at my local club, reputations are hard to shake off and the reputation mizuno have at the moment will stick for some time and cost the company millions as it's not an isolated incident!!

unexpected demand excuses are not the answer after 5 months waiting
there's no point having the best clubs if you cannot supply them!!!!!

WHATS MIZUNOS RESPONSE????

after recieving the news from mizuno via my supplier as mentioned above, i told american golf that i will try to see if i can find one from another stockist, phoned around and found another fitting centre had a 3 wood 15 degree with the pro-launch red stiff instead of the platinum stiff shaft, got in the car immediately, tested it, liked it, bought it. on the way home got a phone call from american golf saying my club had just arrived, i was gobsmacked!!!!! which made me feek guilty for a moment but then what the * are mizuno staff playing at telling the supplier one thing and then it turning up, surely they would have known it had been shipped? so if anyone is waiting for a MX700 3 wood pro launch platinum stiff shaft give american golf in plymouth a call they have one in stock and no need to wait!!
