Legit clubs

A neighbor down the road has a set of irons for sale that I am not familiar with. They are Mizuno JPX A25. They have a Mizuno Quad Graphite shaft regular flex with Golf pride Mizuno grips. These are cavity backed irons and have a plate or someting in the cavity that says Forged Ti face and Constant Altitude of Trajectory. The set is 3-PW, AW

Are these clubs legit? Where are they sold? I googled it and all that shows up are a bunch of Chinese web sites selling clubs. Nothing on Mizuno sites.
Any help?

The JPX range previous to the 800 was a Japanese based line that mainly sold in the Far East - they could be legit, but hard to verify.
