This'll be the same Wee Fat Eck that has refused a freebie at The Open. Don't think there are many more exclusive tennis clubs than The All England Lawn tennis and Croquet Club.

The man is just an embarrassment.

I agree about Salmond. What a complete plonker. Is it any wonder that folf are disilusioned with politics. Don't these guys realize that some of us are actually intelligent enough to see right through naff PR stunts like that. Give me that Nigel Farage chap every time. He's not bothered about the PC brigade. Enjoys a beer and a smoke and calls a spade a spade

Yeah that Nigel Farage is a real top geezer... (is there a rolls eyes emoticon?)

I think we'd best leave the politics off this forum. Religion and politics eh? :)

I agree. At least he says what he thinks. You either love or hate the guy.

Anyway as far as Andy Murray is concerned I don't think you can underestimate the difference that Ivan Lendl has made. he's definitely taken him to the next level. I think the biggest impact he's had on him is mentally. He's obviously told him to cut out all that head rolling and sulking stuff when the chips where down.

Did anyone watch the Andy Murray documentary on BBC tonight?  I always liked the guy and thought he was misunderstood, but now I think he is an absolute gem of a human being!

Well done Andy - what an advert for Scotland you are!

It was - but the winning footage just makes it a bit more special!
