I wanted a new set of irons, and Santa bought me a set of Mizuno EZ irons :).

Okay so I knew they were coming as I got fitted for them, but still nice to be back in the Mizuno family way :)

Things must be tough for Santa, sign of the times I guess, but good to see that he's diversifying and offering a mobile custom fit service - hats off !

Lol!!!! Santa get's all the credit, but it's the elves who do all the bloody work. Santa just sits on his backside most of the time. They have a great custom fitting set-up in Lapland :D

My only golf related gift, apart from an amusing "Keep Calm, Play Golf" mug from the missus was an IJP Windblocker top - I found this in a sale (£25 from £70) when looking for a polo shirt for my son, so bought one & got my other son to give me it for Christmas (?) - It says it's "water resistant" & I was pleasantly surprised to see the water "beading" on it when I played in the showers the other day (presumably not "water proof" as there are seams that would let water through eventually?) - But a nice warm top I can wear as a lighter alternative to a jumper & jacket in the winter ... Just in case you don't know, do not wash it with a water softener (Comfort etc) as that negates warranties and removes the  protective coating, just a warm max 40 degree's wash normally is suffice.

Thanks Fish - I will pass on this helpful advice on to 'she who must be obeyed' when the time comes for my new top to have a wash!
