Hi Jonesy ... I did make an offer earlier to take anyone interested on Friday to Guildford or New Forest, but if there are no takers I'd happily join you for a practice round - FYI if you leave it 'til after 3pm there is a lower price (important for us old pensioners!)

I was thinking of heading down for the Friday evening, so a warm up on Friday pm sounds like a good idea.

I can see if we can get a decent green fee at Old Thorns, but as we are playing it twice in 2 days maybe we take up PaulBoy's offer of one of his tracks.

I have some vacation time next week so will be sending out some mails etc with more details of the event, so keep an eye on your inboxes.

Can somebody who is interested in playing after 3pm on the Friday get in touch with old thorns and see if they can get a tee time and see if they can do a deal as a forum member just let them know we are there for the weekend you don't get if you don't ask haha

There's a little hotel around the corner I'll use on the Friday and stop at old thorns on the Saturday as money is a bit tight
