Best change in your bag

We all love kit, it's why we are members of the forum and why we love Mizuno, but given people's propensity to change clubs in search of the silver bullet I wondered, what is the best change you've made for actual impact on the course?

for me it was moving to my counterbalanced #7 Odyssey putter, it's really helped my consistency on the greens (i'm consistently too long or short now!)

What's changed your game?

From my Scotty Cameron back to my Yar putter. It looks weird but it works.
