coming, but honestly, I use it more as a sand wedge. I've never managed
to get a comfort zone using a lob wedge off grass.

I forgot to ask. How have you got the driver set up?

Mine is currently set up as "Standard" I guess that defeats the object of buying an adjustable driver

Well the last peice of the puzzle put in place today

A 5 hybrid

"Five?"

Yes five - A JPX 825 25* stiff Orochi blue. This could well be my new secret weapon. Just under 200 yards of dependable fairway finding for long 3s / short 4s.

I played about 13 holes this evening and it never let me down

(and another couple of wedges - my ocd means that my wedges have to match so 54 60 mpr12s)

Still not convinced by the EZ driver - I'm just not used to the light / long shaft. I'll be taking my 650 to the forum days just in case

ROFL - That's my dog Hogan... He's a Bichon Frise and is my best friend in the world. He loves to go to the golf course with me. I put him in his harness and wrap his leash through the basket behind the seats of the cart so he can't get off the seat. He loves being outside and I know where every yard is that has a dog, so he's thrilled to play through the fences with the dogs we meet. I think he's in love with one particular female German Shepherd.

While I'm here, I might as well mention I'll have new pictures soon. I ordered a set of JPX825 irons and they should be here by the end of the week. There's no way I'm getting rid of these MX1000s though.

(Edit) The new irons came this afternoon. I'll do a picture later on.
