The big weekend is getting closer and closer!

The legendary Deemac has once again done a sterling job making all the arrangements and some impressive efforts from people travelling from afar.

To help those new to the group settle in (I was a newbie last year and only knew SimonS), how about we start a little introduction?  I'll start the ball rolling.

My name's Jonathan and I'm a heavy metal golfer!  I'm a big Scottish bloke and my 15yr old son says I look "scary and hard" but I'm a friendly soul really.  Look out for the bald heid, the Tattoo golf shirts and my prize winning Mizuno stand bag from last year.

My name is Pete and I'm quite a big chap (2nd from left in the cap on below pic)
Inaugral winner of the Northern Forum Day (and longest drive)
Cruelly robbed of any trophies last year by 3 putting the final green...

I'd describe my bag to identify me by, but it's over a month away - no way of knowing what it will look like by then.
I reckon I'll bring Penfold with me again :)

Be ready for a lot of staff colours on the day.....

I'm David, I'm another 'quite big chap' second from right. Pete and I were obviously carefully positioned to avoid subsidence on the clubhouse veranda. Thoroughly enjoyed the last two events at Brampton and am trying to get my game in shape for this years event.

We'll have a good time whatever happens that's for sure.

I'm Paul .. 7th from the left .tall shaved head at the back.. Originally from Northumberland but living in Herts and working in London .

I've used mizzy for the last ten years but last year dropped from 12 - 8 using jpx 800s and mp59s

so I moved to another brand !

This year back with jpx driver... Mp650 fairway .... Mp64 irons ..... T4 wedges ...

but staying with pro v1 x balls ( I will take any mp s converts donations gladly! ).

and no one is taking my spider putter lol!

No room at the forum day ..... So I may make the Friday practice round !
enjoy your day guys
